At Godiva Veterinary Clinic we pride ourselves in offering fair and transparent pricing for your pets veterinary care. Our price list reflects our current prices for some of our most common procedures.
Our vets will discuss the costs of any investigations, procedures, and possible treatments with you, and tailor a plan to suit both you and your pet.

Working with your pet insurer
Unexpected vet bills can be significant, and we'd always encourage pet owners to have insurance in place before they need it.
How Claims Work:
There are two ways a claim can be handled, depending on your policy:
Direct Claims
Payment is made from your Insurance Company directly to us, Godiva Veterinary Clinic. We will occasionally make a direct claim on your behalf if this arrangement has been pre-arranged with a member of staff and you will need to supply a signed claim form. It is important that you contact your insurance company and give permission for us to contact them if necessary to discuss your claim. Please be aware that it remains your responsibility to settle your account within 60 days, if we have not received payment from your insurance company. You will be expected to pay your insurance excess to us. (See your own policy for further details.)
Indirect Claims
Payment is made from your Insurance Company to you, the client. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to settle our account and then reclaim fees from your insurance company. It is important that you contact your insurance company and give permission for us to contact them if necessary to discuss your claim.

All of our vaccination appointments include a full health check. If any treatment is prescribed at a vaccination appointment this is charged separately.
All primary vaccinations and annual boosters are included in our Healthcare Plans including 10% discount on Kennel Cough vaccination.
